Cumberland Women’s Health Centre is offering two programs in Term 3 to help local women reduce their stress levels and improve their wellbeing. A meditation group will run on Tuesday mornings and a creative therapies course will run on Wednesday afternoons at Harris Park Community Centre.

Creative Therapies for Building Self-Esteem
Wednesdays, 26 July–13 September, 1.30pm–3.30pm

Cost: Free

Come along to this 8-week course to de-stress, quieten your mind and improve your mood by exploring your beautiful self through painting, movement, music and poetry.
