  • Arrangements for 12 Month Plan Reviews
  • Reporting Requirements, including need for and amount of Support Coordination in future
  • Selection of independent Support Coordinator for next plan
  • Outcome Measurements required for planning conversation
  • Problem Solving
  • Requirements for Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
  • Use of the 2017/2018 NDIA Price Guide
