Homelessness NSW, Yfoundations and DV NSW have recently developed three new guidelines to support the delivery of services to people at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. The guidelines cover 3 different areas of practice, but all share common principles, such as trauma informed care, services being culturally informed and person-centred in their practice.

The guidelines also complement the FACS-produced SHS practice and program guidelines, referencing the four core responses of the SHS Service Delivery Framework, and have been approved by FACS.
