The Parramatta College is offering free training to small business owners who wants to upskill themselves or their staff. The Tech Savvy for Small Business program offers fully subsidised training in a range of computer and small business skills. 

The available training includes:

Computer Training

  • Introduction to Word
  • Excel Introduction
  • Excel Intermediate
  • Keyboarding Speed and Accuracy
  • Excel Intermediate & Pivot Tables Excel (this is a non-accredited unit so must be completed with Excel Intermediate)

Small Business Finance Training

  • MYOB Payable and Receivable
  • MYOB Payable and Receivable & Accounting for non-accountants (this is a non-accredited unit so must be completed with MYOB)
  • MYOB Payable and Receivable & Basic bookkeeping, reporting and payroll (this is a non-accredited unit so must be completed with MYOB)

Communication Skills and Numeracy

  • A customised English language program is available.
