RAGE: Anger management program for young people

High Street Youth Health Service, 65 High St, Harris Park

Cost: Free

The four-week RAGE program introduces young people to the topics of reflecting on anger, recognising anger symptoms and identifying the different faces of anger. It is a strengths-based, solution-focused anger management program that is hands on, practical and also fun for participants.

The program is run by trained staff in a youth-friendly setting at High St Youth Health Service.

The program is suitable for young people who:

  • Want help dealing with anger or violence
  • Have been suspended from school
  • Have been in trouble for anger or violence
  • Want to improve relationships with family & friends
  • This program is for 12 to 18 year old young people.

Registrations are required.
