The South West Sydney Local Health Mental Health Telephone Access Line will help facilitate timely access to mental health services, 24 hours per day, through a quality telephone based service, staffed by mental health professionals/specialists. Organisations are invited to tender to operate the service.

This service will interface with and support the provision of mental health services by South West Sydney Mental Health and remain consistent with National, State and Local directions regarding the provision of an effective and efficient referral process. To develop consistency of work practices and continuity of care for consumers are key focus points.
