Australian note seen behind ripped paper

The Park Community Network has recently made it a lot easier for people on low incomes to access No Interest Loans (NILS). NILS do not charge interest or fees. The loans are intended to prevent people being forced into predatory lending situations such as pay day lenders just to meet their needs.

NILS have reduced the paperwork involved in applying for a loan, broadened the eligibility criteria and are now flexible in how clients can apply. Geographic restrictions have been removed.
