The Ability Links program is currently taking referrals. The program support both the individual who experiences disability and their family and carers to find and access services, training and other general community participation opportunities – a completely holistic approach.

If you’re aged 0 to 64 with a diagnosed or undiagnosed disability, Ability Links NSW Linkers will work closely with you, your family and carers to support your vision of how you want to lead your life.

You might have dreams in sport, education, volunteering or any other activity. Through strong local knowledge and working alongside communities, Linkers can provide short-term support enabling you to reach your full potential. This could mean developing existing support networks, creating brand new ones, or simply working with you to build your personal confidence and set goals.

You will be able to contact a Linker whenever you need to and in the way best that suits you, because you will remain at the centre of any decision making about how you lead your life.

Linkers work with all people and communities, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and Aboriginal communities
