Are you passionate about raising awareness and making a difference in your community? October is National Lupus Month and Lupus NSW are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join the team and help in the fight against Lupus.

Lupus is an autoimmune disease which has devastating effects on the lives of those living with the condition. Lupas NSW’s aim is to raise awareness within the community and raise funds for research in Australia.

Throughout October Lupas NSW will be holding various events across Sydney promoting awareness of this disease and fundraising and we are looking for volunteers to join our dynamic team.

As part of the team you will:

  • Volunteer for a great organisation to help raise awareness of Lupus and its effects
  • Attend various events throughout October to promote Lupus Month
  • Hand out resources and provide information about Lupus to the public
  • Have fun and meet new people
  • Be part of a team that works hands on with the community

The ideal volunteer will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn about Lupus and its effects
  • Attention to detail and be well-presented
  • A friendly and positive outlook

No formal qualifications are required.
