Do you love to drive? Are you a confident driver with a clean driving record? Are you over 25? An opportunity is available to support disadvantaged young people to achieve their driver's licence. Driving supervisors support young people to get their driver's licence in a supplied car during 1 to 2 hour lesson each week or fortnight. 

The young people come from disadvantaged backgrounds and often do not have access to the support they need to gain the 120 hours of on-road driving experience required to sit the NSW Provisional Licence test (Ps).

This position is within the Western Sydney area.

You will receive expert training on working with disadvantaged youth.

You will also have the ongoing support of Youth/Case workers as well as further training opportunities.

Minimum commitment:

1-2 hours per fortnight (minimum 6 months).

Other skills and requirements:

Volunteers must be aged 25 or older and have held a full license for a minimum of 2 years.

RMS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check are required – successful applicants will be reimbursed.
