Are you skilled in administration and driving and are you looking to contribute your skills to benefit your local community? An opportunity is available to assist the Community Transport program at a local not for profit organisation.

As an Administration Assistant for the Community Transport program, you will be required to:

  • Organise run sheets and email these to volunteer drivers
  • Book in vehicles for maintenance when required
  • Book HVIS inspections
  • Manage enquiries in relation to bookings
  • Keep up to date with when vehicle registration is due
  • Update the booking calendar
  • Research venues for the Tuesday Tour group

Commitment required: The day of the week is flexible. Hours are 9:30am to 3:00pm.

Specific skills and requirements

  • Drivers License (car)
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check

Other skills and requirements

  • LR Licence is desirable or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to drive manual would also be an advantage.
