The Hawkesbury NAIDOC Committee and Merana Aboriginal Community Association for the Hawkesbury Inc would like to invite your organisation to take part in this year’s Hawkesbury NAIDOC celebration. A family concert day will be held on 9 July 2017, at Richmond Park, Windsor St, Richmond. 

It will be an excellent opportunity to raise the profile of your organisation at this well attended community event. Stall holders are asked to bring all the necessary equipment including table, chairs and pamphlets; equipment can be hired if required as below:

  • $0 - Free – Bring your own everything.
  • $15 - for basic hire – includes table and 2 x chairs.
  • $95 - for a fete stall – includes 3m x 3m gazebo, 3 x trestle tables set up U-shape and 2 x chairs.

The celebration starts at 10.00am and stall holders are requested to arrive at 9.00am in order to set up. The celebration ends at 3.00pm and in past years all packing up has been completed by about 4.00pm.

A copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency is to be sent with the form.

If you are selling items on the day 10% of your sales may be required for donation to Merana – please contact Meagan Ang, 4560 4502 for clarification.

Please Note: If there is rain on the day, the alternative date is set for 23 July 2017 at the same venue.
