If you're looking for something to do with your spare time that is rewarding and helps others in the community then please consider volunteering with LINCS. Volunteering with LINCS is a great opportunity to meet new people, gain new skills and experience whilst having fun along the way.

LINCS has activities that require volunteers to support parents and families either in the clients home or at various locations in the Hawkesbury. LINCS is currently needing volunteers for approximately two hours per week on Thursdays, 10.00am-12.00pm, Fridays, 9.30am-12.00pm or 1.00pm-2:.0pm.

Once you have completed training, and your buddy visits with an experienced volunteer, and you are allocated a family to support, then the commitment is a 2 hour weekly visit to your client.

Training for new volunteers is coming up 16, 23 & 30 August 2017.

Contact: If this opportunity sounds like something you would be interested in please contact the LINCS Coordinator, Juliana Smith, 4570 6291, 0409 164 986 or [email protected]

A comprehensive Information Pack will be sent to you and then you will be invited to attend the LINCS office to sign the relevant documentation and organise Working with Children Check & National Police Checks.
