Western Sydney Recovery College is holding open days in the last week of June to promote their semester 2 programs. The Recovery College’s team will be available to answer all your questions about the college’s programs, how to enrol and what is involved. Open days will be held at Parramatta and Mt Druitt (dates to be confirmed).

Cumberland Women’s Health Centre is offering two programs in Term 3 to help local women reduce their stress levels and improve their wellbeing. A meditation group will run on Tuesday mornings and a creative therapies course will run on Wednesday afternoons at Harris Park Community Centre.
