	Information for Carers guide A new Information for Carers guide is now available for carers, agencies and health staff. The resource, which was produced by the Western NSW Local Health District Carer Support Program, provides a range of useful information, advice and contacts to help carers, including tips on self-care for carers, financial assistance and advance planning, support services, respite options and useful contacts.
