The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is a new independent body that will regulate NDIS providers, and support the resolution of complaints about the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. It will replace the various quality and safeguards arrangements that have been in place in states and territories.

The NDIS Commission will work with providers to support continuous improvement and quality in the NDIS.
