Administration worker at office desk

Do you have knowledge of Microsoft Office and would you love to use your administration skills at an organisation that assists people with immune deficiencies improve their quality of life? Administration duties include filing, scanning, data entry, answering the phone, post and making up patient packs.

The organisation is committed to providingeducation and resources, linking members via teleconferencing and events, and improving patient care and quality of life for those affected by primary immune deficiencies. They offer education and social and emotional support for patients and their families.

Volunteer shifts are generally 9.00am-3.00pm, days flexible.

Requirements:

  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver's License (car)

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, (Power Point and Access desirable).
  • Experience with social media, websites and MYOB would be an advantage.
