Are you well-versed in NSW transport and health systems and passionate about assisting people from diverse ethnic backgrounds? Opportunity to help protect and promote the health of refugees and those with refugee-like backgrounds living in NSW with a state-wide health service.

The purpose of this role is to help newly arrived refugees to navigate both the transport and health systems. Volunteers will take refugee clients to their health appointments, and explain more about both the health and public transport systems.

Location: Blacktown, Fairfield and Liverpool areas.  Please be advised that health appointments may be in various locations across Sydney.

Shifts: Flexible shift times are available from Mondays to Fridays
