Social Support volunteering is a great way to gift your time to help some frail aged community members aged 65+, to assist with transport for shopping, medical appointments, and access to local the community.

Volunteers must have a registered and comprehensively insured vehicle, and ideally live the Mt Druitt or Rooty Hill area. If possible, volunteers will be available 2-3 hours per week or fortnight between Monday and Friday.

The role is ideally suited for persons 55+ seeking Centrelink approved hours.

As required by current legislation, all volunteers undergo a security screening and reference checks.

Fuel is reimbursed.
